We are partnering with M/s Nasim Sinaw Cont LLC as a Joint Venture for the Projects execution. The Joint Venture has got a Manpower of 110 no's in the roll and 1500 Sqm shuttering materials from Doka. The Company is in existence from 2015 in Oman and executed various kinds of civil works across Oman.

The Team is well experienced in the precast building erection, Structural works, Finishing works and MEP works.

EMFIL’ Emirates Filigran LLC, an ISO 9001:2015 certified, one of leading manufacturer of prefabricated concrete elements such as Slabs, Double Walls & Stairs located in Ras Al Khaimah, which is well known for its high quality natural mineral resources.
EMFIL elements are produced in CAD/CAM controlled precast concrete plants using the most modern hi-tech methods to achieve optimal quality standards. The system offers for wall, slabs and Stairs which are the 3 parts comprising of any building.

RWTC SUPPORTS

The installation of the precast elements as a half precast and filling the balance concrete at site makes the system as good as In situ Concrete. Being a continuous concrete walls, slabs, stairs, a requirement of redesign is not required.
We can Value Engineer the Projects designed as Normal framed buildings to reduce the cost time and increased quality control

Rapidwall is an innovative, energy efficient and environmental – friendly, load-bearing large building panel of 12m length, 3 m height and 124 mm thickness with modular cavities. Rapidwall can be used for external and internal load-bearing and non load-bearing walls and floor / roof slab in combination with RCC. Rapidwall is resistant to water and fire and is free from corrosion, rot and termite. Rapidwall is highly thermal efficient and ideal for desert climate like Gulf countries. Indoor space of Rapidwall building will be cooler in hot weather and warmer in cool weather, thus saving recurring use of energy for air conditioning.

WE ARE SUPPLIER AND INSTALLER OF EPS CEMENT BOARDS FROM INDIA AND CHINA

EPS Cement Sandwich Panels are a new product for the building construction to reduce the cost of Construction and fast track the Project. The product complies energy efficiencies, fire requirements, sound resistance and u value requirements. The panels can be supplied in Bulk and in containers as per the Project requirement. The standard sizes are 0.60 x 3.00m with thickness varying from 50 mm TO 120 mm.
